| 1. | Events must be sponsored by an officially recognized campus department or unit; a recognized, registered or sponsored student group; student government units authorized by the chancellor; or a sponsored departmental or campus organization. |
| 2. | Events may only be posted after the event has been approved by the sponsoring entity and the primary details are finalized. Tentative items may not be posted. |
| 3. | Events cancelled 15 days or more prior to the scheduled start date must either be removed from the calendar or marked as cancelled. Any events cancelled within 14 days of the start date must remain in the calendar and be marked as cancelled. |
| 4. | Student groups submitting event information must adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Code of Student Conduct. |
| 5. | Each event submission must include an event title, campus sponsor, date, time and location as well as a contact name, phone number or e-mail and address. |
| 6. | Events submitted to the On-line Events Calendar must conform to all established UC policies, as well as all local, state and federal laws. |
| 7. | If at any time an event submission is deemed inappropriate, the calendar administrator and/or office of Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs or Office of Vice Chancellor of Institutional Advancement may delete it without prior notification or consultation. |
| 8. | Authorization to publish information on the calendar may be withdrawn if users violate the terms of this agreement. |
